🛠️ 非本公司雨遮維修須知

感謝您使用我們的維修服務。為保障雙方權益，請於送修前留意以下事項，謝謝！

1. 收費與服務

  • 維修收費： 所有非本公司（梁蘇記）出品之雨遮維修均需收費，價格以門市師傅現場報價為準。維修費須預先繳付，不設退款。
  • 換布服務： 費用視乎布款，並需另加 $200 起 之手工費。
  • 品質保證： 為確保服務質素，恕不接受自備布料或零件（來料加工）。

2. 保養說明

  • 無永久保用： 非本公司出品之雨遮維修後，不適用於本公司的「遮架永久保用」服務。取遮後如日後再有損壞，恕不設後續保養。

3. 取遮須知

  • 憑單取遮： 領取雨遮時請出示「修理單」或「維修卡」。維修項目及費用均以單據記載為準。
  • 遺失單據： 如遺失「修理單」，請先聯絡我們登記；如遺失「維修卡」，補領需收取 HK$30 行政費。

如有任何爭議，梁蘇記遮廠保留最終決定權。

☔ Repair Service for Umbrellas from Other Brands

Thank you for trusting us with your umbrella repairs! To ensure a smooth process, please kindly review the following terms before submitting your item:

1. Charges & Service Details

  • Standard Repair Fees: Repairs for non-Leung So Kee umbrellas are chargeable. Final prices will be quoted by our craftsman in-store upon inspection. All repair fees must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
  • Canopy Replacement: Prices vary depending on your choice of fabric, plus an additional craftsmanship fee starting from HK$200.
  • Quality Assurance: To maintain our service quality, we strictly do not accept customer-supplied fabrics or parts (no processing of external materials).

2. Warranty Notice

  • No Lifetime Warranty: Repaired non-Leung So Kee umbrellas do not qualify for our brand’s signature "Lifetime Frame Warranty." No subsequent warranty will be provided once the umbrella is collected.

3. Collection Instructions

  • Collection: Please present your Repair Slip or Repair Card upon picking up your umbrella. The scope of work and pricing are strictly based on the details listed on your receipt.
  • Lost Receipts: If you lose your Repair Slip, please contact us immediately to register. If you lose your Repair Card, a HK$30 administrative fee will apply for verification and re-issuance.

In case of any disputes, Leung So Kee Umbrella Factory reserves the right to make the final decision.
